We invite you to join us in Wisconsin Dells for a relaxing, family, "back to the lake" vacation.  Delton Oaks has a large, sandy beach, great for making sand castles with your kids; a heated, outdoor pool (VGBA compliant); free boat docking on our two piers;  picnic tables and grills; campfire right next to the beach;
a children's playground; and guest laundry facilities.

Our resort offers a lakeside building, an value building and a lakeside cabin.

TWO BEDROOM CABIN sits about 50 feet from Lake Delton and has a full kitchen, fireplace and screened porch.  It has a double bed in each bedroom and a sofa-sleeper in the living room.

TWO STORY LAKESIDE BUILDING has 10 units and sits 25 feet from the shore of Lake Delton, right next to our large, sandy beach.  This building offers one and two-bedroom kitchen suites and motel rooms, and is glass-fronted to the lake, offering a beautiful view from every room.  First floor units open onto a stone patio.  Second floor units each have a private balcony.

TWO-STORY VALUE BUILDING has 16 units and sits about 150 feet from the lake.  This building has one-bedroom kitchen suites, which sleep from 4 to 8 people, and motel rooms which sleep up to 4 people.  These units are generally smaller and more economical than the lakeside units.

PETS ARE WELCOME IN ALL OF OUR UNITS FOR $15 PER NIGHT PER PET
It is common for 10 or more dogs to be staying with us on any given day, and all of our units have pets in them regularly.  Please take into consideration any allergies you might have to cats or dogs, and your reaction to an occasional outburst of barking, before confirming your vacation with Delton Oaks.  We recommend that people with pet allergies choose another location for their vacation.  We do not refund after

Delton Oaks is a light-housekeeping resort.  No daily housekeeping is provided.  We provide garbage bags, dish soap, bathroom tissue, and bath soap.  Dumpsters are conveniently located for your use.  Our kitchen units are stocked with dishes, utensils, pots & pans, coffee-maker, microwave and toaster.  Motel rooms have microwaves, coffee-makers & fridges.  You will be expected to leave your dishes washed and put away and your garbage emptied when you leave.  Linens and towels are provided.  Resort guests may trade wet towels for clean ones daily,
and clean sheets will be supplied upon request.  
Please bring your own beach towels.

All of our units are air-conditioned, and we offer basic cable TV with 60+ channels.  There are no phones in any of our units at Delton Oaks.

Our resort is family-oriented, and we have made many new friends in the fourteen years that we have owned our property.  We strive to provide a friendly, safe and quiet setting for your vacation.  If your vacation plan is to party long and loud, Delton Oaks Resort is not the place for you.  You may enjoy our lakeside campfire until midnight, however, quiet time begins at 10 pm.

HEATED, OUTDOOR POOL is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Hours are from 9 am to 10 pm Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

RESERVATION INFORMATION:  A 50% deposit is due at the time you make your reservation by Visa or MC.  Deposits by personal check are accepted only if the deposit is received at least 30 days prior to your arrival date.  Balance is due at check-in by cash, MC, Visa or Travelers' Check.   No personal checks are accepted at check-in. 

DISCOUNTS:  We offer a variety of discounts, including 7th consecutive night at half-price, free pet with coupon, and various posted online specials.  These discounts are all exclusive to themselves, and may not be used in conjunction with each other.  The largest available discount will be applied to your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  If you cancel your reservation at least two weeks prior to your arrival date, we will refund your deposit, minus a 10% fee. If you cancel within two weeks of your arrival date, we will refund your deposit, minus a 10% fee, only if we are able to re-rent your unit for the full term of your reservation.

LATE CHECK-INS:  Check-ins after 9 pm must be pre-arranged.
