ALPINE LODGE IS A SMOKE-FREE HOME
You may smoke on the deck or elsewhere outside.

Two bedrooms upstairs, accessed by a spiral staircase,

KITCHEN HAS FULL-SIZED APPLIANCES, MICROWAVE, DISHWASHER
COFFEE MAKER, TOASTER, BLENDER
Pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. are provided, along with bath towels, bed linens, kitchen towels, bathroom tissue, bath soap, dish soap, paper towels and garbage bags.

Please bring your own beach towels.

GUESTS AT ALPINE LODGE HAVE FULL ACCESS TO THE AMENITIES
AT DELTON OAKS RESORT,
which is located across the road and about 1/2 block from Alpine Lodge,
 Delton Oaks Resort amenities include our large, sandy swimming beach
with a raft and slide in the water, two docks for fishing,
free rowboats and paddle boats and heated, outdoor swimming pool.
(Pool is open Memorial Day To Labor Day weekends.)
Alpine Lodge is not located directly on a lake.

ALPINE LODGE DOES NOT RECEIVE DAILY HOUSEKEEPING.
An ample supply of towels/linens will be provided, along with a washer/dryer.
Dishes should be washed, garbage carried out, & floors picked up before you leave.
We provide a variety of games for your enjoyment.
We expect that you will not allow your children to lose game pieces,
mix them up, or in any other way damage them.
In general, we expect that you will respect our property.
There is no telephone at Alpine Lodge.

 2010  RATE: 

$399 per night Sunday through Thursday
$429 per night Friday & Saturday

Summer season:  Three-night minimum
Off-season:  Two-night minimum
Stay for six consecutive nights and get your 7th night FREE.

RESERVATION INFORMATION: A 50% deposit is due by Visa or MC at the time you make your reservation.  The balance is due at check-in by cash, MC, Visa or Travelers' Check.  No personal checks are accepted at check-in.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Also due at check-in is a $300 CASH security deposit. (no checks or credit cards).  Security deposit funds may be withheld to cover damage to persons or property (over and above normal wear-and-tear), items missing from the home, dishes left unwashed, unusual messes, unplanned late check-outs, etc.  Since our vacation home is smoke-free, the security deposit will be withheld in its entirety if we discover evidence that you have allowed anyone to smoke in the home.  Assuming that your security deposit is not withheld, it will be returned to you by company check, to be deposited in the US Mail within three business days of your check-out date.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel your reservation at any time, Your deposit is not refundable unless we are able to re-rent your unit.  A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from all refunded deposits (Minimum $50).

CHECK-IN: Between 4 pm & 9 pm at Delton Oaks Resort office.

CHECK-OUT: 10 am -- Check-out time is absolute. Cleaning team will arrive at 10 am.

LATE CHECK-INS: Check-ins after 9 pm must be pre-arranged.
